Call Recording Week in Review: SIP Print, Knowlarity, UCedge, Toshiba

Welcome to the latest version of Call Recording Week in Review where we highlight all the biggest headlines from this past week in the Call Recording space.

Call recording provider SIP Print was featured in a piece this week regarding its recent partnership with nexogy. The Miami, Fla.-based company needed a call recording solution for its customers that could be used on premises, and SIP Print’s offering was the best fit.

nexogy is one of South Florida’s fastest growing technology companies and is best known for introducing PIN-less cards in Latin America and being one of first to offer it in the U.S.

Asian telecommunications service provider Knowlarity also made headlines this week for its $20 million funding round which included both new and existing investors.

Delta Partners Capital led the round and will help the company expand internationally in Southeast and West Asia. Sequoia Capital India and Mayfield Fund also assisted in the funding.

In more partnership news, CallCabinet said its working with Contineo on call recording.

As per the partnership, Contineo Virtual Communications will deliver CallCabinet's line of solutions to the channel. Specifically, they will be providing CallCabinet's Atmos system. 

In other call recording news, Toshiba announced it added call recording and other features to its UCedge offering.  

With an added call recording option, businesses can meet regulatory compliances and monitor incoming and outgoing calls regardless of the communications device used. Other new features include a softphone trial license, group instant messaging, cloud sync and more.
