CallCopy (News - Alert), a leading provider of call recording and contact center software solutions has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” by Business First. This is the fourth consecutive year, that the organization has received this honor.

Business First's Best Places to Work Award is a voluntary, nomination-based program. Winners were selected by independent workplace satisfaction surveys. Employees of companies nominated for the award were asked to evaluate workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics as well as employee satisfaction.

Each company was then ranked by an outside firm against the other finalists. The top companies in each size category were honored as Business First's Best Places to Work. The winners were announced on November 10, 2011.

CallCopy emphasizes on ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction. The company’s offering includes the award-winning, enterprise-proven cc: Discover suite, which delivers advanced call recording, screen capture, quality management, speech analytics, performance management, customer satisfaction survey and workforce management capabilities to organizations of all sizes and industries. Ranking number 412 on the Inc. 500 list, CallCopy is one of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.

“Being voted one of the best places to work for a fourth straight year is a great honor, and we feel privileged to have such a great team. We promote a set of corporate values that we refer to as PRIDE. The individual components of this – People, Respect, Innovation, Drive and Encouragement – combine to form a very rewarding work environment that encourages team and individual contributions,”  Jeff Canter, president and CEO of CallCopy noted in a press release.

Last month, CallCopy announced that it has been named one of the fastest-growing privately-held companies by Columbus Business First. CallCopy received the honor for the third consecutive year.
