Call Center Corporation to Offer Phonathon Software for Educational Institutions

The Call Center Corporation, a call center technology marketplace, announced it is offering phonathon software to universities and higher education institutions.

Phonathon -- the fund raising campaign via phone -- can incorporate advanced call center technologies to help these organizations achieve record number of pledges and donations. 

In order for a Phonathon to truly succeed, it must run like a business. It should have a combination of great calling technology, and a strong knowledge of telephone fund raising.

The company thinks there are three crucial elements in any successful higher education campaign: The number of contacts per hour, the attempts per contact, and most importantly, the completion percentage. An up-to-date calling software program can act as the common thread connecting them.

"There are still universities and colleges using notecards and hand-dialing a phone during their phonathons," said Steve Bederman, CEO of the Call Center Corporation, in a statement. "They will not be able to adequately compete in today's environment."

The Call Center Corporation, a Bederman company, is created to fill the gap between call center software providers and customer needs in the call center market.

Earlier this year, The Call Center Corporation  revealed that it will market and distribute Nuxiba Technologies hosted call center software. Nuxiba’s CenterWare Suite Contact Center solution is 100 percent hosted, using session initiation protocol (SIP) phones included through Internet Explorer, as well as computer telephony integration (CTI).
