Firespotter Labs Launches UberConference Business with Admin Tools

November 12, 2012

Firespotter Labs recently launched a version of its online conference calling solution, UberConference, designed specifically for enterprise customers and large organizations. Appropriately named UberConference Business, this upgraded solution features all the perks of UberConference Pro as well as admin tools and management features, in addition to dedicated support.

"With companies spending over $3 billion annually in the U.S. on audio conferencing, users deserve a better experience than what they've put up with for the past 30 years," said Craig Walker, CEO and co-founder of Firespotter Labs, in a statement. "UberConference Business offers entire organizations an experience far superior to any other conference calling service available today."

This service is a complete package as it includes outbound calling, call recording, local numbers, custom hold music and other upgraded options over the vanilla UberConference service. It also boasts a newly launched feature, the option to add a toll-free number for an additional $10 per month, available to both Business and Pro customers.

Enterprise customer, however, will be most interested in UberConference Business' account management features. Basically, the administrator, the person who buys the account, is able to monitor who in an organization is has used one of the accounts. If an employee leaves, the administrator can suspend that person's account from the easy-to-use Web-based dashboard.

UberConference Business is also being made available in the Google Apps Marketplace, expanding support to those who have already embraced cloud-based solutions. Deployment is extremely simple this way too, as administrators need only add the UberConference app to their domain. Furthermore, the two paid versions of UberConference now have live chat support enabled on the website, which offers higher levels of responsiveness than the previous e-mail support option.

Firespotter only just released UberConference Pro in September of this year, which builds on the free basic version with some of the features described here for a fee of $10 per month.
